Seconded. C21 is a goddamned madhouse, but it's kind of fun that way, and you can find some really cool stuff/good deals if you know what to look for.

Oh god, Century 21 is awful. Really, unless you want last season's dolce and gabbana, don't bother.

I'd nominate the ralph lauren rugby store. Gorgeous interior, good clothes.
