I been lifting weights for a while now, and I haven't been seeing any results in my arms. I usually do 100 reps of a 20 pound weight, (I do curls). My goal is to see some real shape and myscle. Can anyone offer some advice?

If you can do 100 reps you're using too little weight. Just doing curls alone won't do much for you, either.

Neither did I until I started following along to workout videos. I saw significant results in 30 days. The easiest to follow is the P90X DVD set. Pretty intense series of workouts. Remember to take pictures of yourself on day 1 to compare them to day 90. Or if you'd rather not spend the $, you can subscribe to this site. They do have great workouts, especially if you get a set of resistance bands. It's not as slickly presented as P90X, but it is good. http://www.liveexercise.com/

Its because your doing 100 reps. Do 5-8 and stop doing ******* curls and do rows.

Bro you need to add in preacher curls and dumbell hammer curls, each also in the hundred rep range. Blast those bis from all angles.

+1 I'm finishing P90x in about 3 days.... have lost about 15 lbs and have put on lots of muscle. It is a strange feeling that a lot of girls are suddenly flirting with me, but I have to tell them I'm married. Not used to that. That didn't happen before P90x (well not since high school

) As a matter of fact, I'm going to do Kenpo X here in about 2 minutes

First SF post to make me lol. Good enough reason for my first post. OP, check out this beginner's routine from bodybuilding.com. Meant to focus on hypertrophy (muscle growth) but will be good for strength and exposure to basic lifts: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=4195843

Same here, the ladies definitely notice when you're in better shape than the average street specimen.
