Hey all. I have a pretty thick head of crazy curls. I keep it cut short, and usually let it grow to about 4 weeks, at which point I crop it down again. The pics are at about week 3, and I like how you can just start to discern the curl, but much longer, and I get to looking kinda fly-away. Anyway, I'm bored and looking for suggestions.

I can't really part it, it won't hold (without some serious shellacing) so if there's anyone out there with thoughts, please share!

Thanks!

You could try growing it out. A style similar to Max Motta's might look nice.

Bump, because I have similar hair (curly coarse black) and I don't know what the hell to do with it besides slapping some fiber on it and hoping for the best.

I've grown mine out in the past, but you will need liberal applications of some sort of curl definer. I also found that washing only 2x/week keeps the frizz in check. Now that I'm starting to thin on top I keep it the same length as the OP. Definitely keep the temples trimmed or you get the Bozo look...
