Need fashion advice regarding my current jeans and boots

Hi there, i've accidently stumbled across this forum via /fa/ and hope you can give some fashion suggestions.
Up to now, I haven't paid much attention to the way I've dressed because it always seemed quite ok to me.
But meanwhile I'm a 20 year old university student and I gradually want to adapt my styling to my social environment.

As for the current weather condition I have just one suitable pair of boots to wear, my other shoes are not water resistant.

Now what bothers me are my jeans.
I'm unsure if some of them match with my boots but moreover I need some honest critism regarding the kind of jeans I generally wear:

Nonames; allrounders; require a belt; a bit thin for the season but go along with nearly anything

Lee jeans; some of my favourites, don't need a belt for them, flawless fit

Mustang jeans; a bit to wide and long, always wearing them with a belt, colour doesn't really appeal to me.

Dunno brand, bought them at a store called Snipes; liked them 3 years ago but meanwhile I'm sceptical if they're still fashionable; these wing-shaped wrinkles under the waist are always bothering me

Dunno brand; require a belt; a bit too long but I always roll up the ends, so it's not much of a problem; kinda like them much anyway

These are my least favoured ones; too baggy/sloppy, too childish; only wear them if theres nothing else available

Jack & Jones; wearing them occasionally in my free time; unfortunately too thin for current weather

I'm open to any recommendation and critism.

please read a little more before posting.

there's a thread near the top of this forum called WAYWT no discussion. look at a few hundred fit pics. write down names of brands or clothing items, shoes, etc. you think look nice and think will look good on you. read a bit more about these brands (i'm sure there's a thread on them somewhere around here).

if you want specific recommendations there's another thread called something like noob thread ask for recommendations. ask more specific questions in there.

you might not think it's a big deal, but we really get tired of seeing these same threads over and over again. we're not here to spoon feed you advice. you need to do a little research on your own.

Those jeans are all ******* horrible throw them out.

Levi's 514 are cheap and okay jeans but 1000x better than those hot dumps. You can probably find a dark wash (with no distressing or fades) in Macy's for like $40 or something, try buying a size smaller than you usually wear, they should stay up without a belt and actually be "snug" not just fitting.

I don't even know what to say about those boots, ****

Just lurk the boots threads, but jesus christ get new jeans.

Jack and Jones is a real brand? I always thought it was a fake foreign brand here in China.

There is a store in my town that sells "designer goods" that hocks Jack and Jones as an affordable alternative to Diesel and 7FAM. ****'s all super ******* lame.

OP, get some APCs or 3sixteens pronto. Throw away those boots and buy a pair of red wings gentlemens travellers or the Alden Indy Boots in cigar shell cordovan.

the first 2 jeans fit well enough. everything else is horrible. Look for a darker wash in similar fit maybe.
