Sleeves are too long. The target is to show 1/4" of shirt cuff below your coat's sleeves. Coat is a better length not - bottom falling to about the knuckle - but the shoulder fit is still poor. Look at all the fabric bunching at the back of your shoulders!

Also, pull those damn pants up. Either they're cut for a man with a much bigger *******, or the back of the pants is lower than it should be.

Sometimes you need to tell a tailor what you want him to do. That may even be the case with a tailor who does deliver quality work. There is a huge difference between asking a tailor: "Is the sleeve length acceptable as it is right now?" and telling him: "I want to have the sleeves shortened to my wrist joint. - Yes, I am aware that the cuffs of my shirts are going to show then. I want it that way."

Most people wear their sleeves and trousers too long and that common sight is influencing even tailors who should know better.

I strongly suggest you just get a suit from an established brand like Ralph Lauren. Forget that suit and that tailor- it's totally garbage.

And get a pair of real shoes.

Pants and sleeves are too long. I would have the sleeves taken up at least a 1/2 in right and 3/4 left. and have the pants shortened so they don't drag on the ground.
