Most luxurious men's card wallet/holder wanted!

I'm looking for a really luxurious card wallet for someone who has a particular sense of luxury and style. The person owns a Centurion card and it needs to be something truly special, likely in exotic leather (ostrich or croc). NO common luxury brands like LV, Gucci, etc...! Think Gulfstream, Veyron, Monaco, Breguet, etc. Any precise suggestion greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Thanks so far everyone! Although the lizard models are cute...as far as material and perception of luxury, Ostrich or Croc is the way to go! Also, price is not important, it just needs to be hyper-elite.

Hyper-elite... the April in Paris link is good since she'll do one-off stuff in exotic leathers, or Igor who posts on these boards, who I'm sure will do a one-off custom design in an exotic as well.
