So in the upcoming next few months is my senior year homecoming. I'm trying to find a look that is very modern, with of course, a classic edge, with some risk involved. I'm thinking most of everyone will wear dress pants, a button down, and a tie or variations of clothing around those lines. I usually don't have a problem scrapping together a new look, but i can't seem to think of one this year, different from everything i've already done. I care about the fit and that it sticks out from the crowd with style, and little fashionable details. Not any bright vibrant colors, i'm thinking along the lines of shades of grey, black, and white. Footwear is probably the most important detail as well, any modern dress shoe ideas? I need some modern variation of a dress outfit, consisting of dress pants, and a buttondown, and/or tie, along with dress shoes, and small modern details or accessories. No need to give me entire outfit response, but that'd be great.

Low cut vest, roll up your sleeves, and rock a skinny tie.

How's that sound?

That's too much of a prom type outfit, the vest and skinny tie would throw like a justin timberlake vibe.

How is that a bad thing?

Well the vest? I just think that'd be too much like what i have in mind for prom. The justin timberlake look isn't bad, just not what i'm going for.
