Anyone else have issues with getting the checkout to work correctly? I'm getting tons of errors and it's not deducting VAT correctly (I'm in the US).

There is no online checkout - you send an e-mail to them and you get a paypal invoice.

I also have the impression that the Rui is quite wide, and definitely not narrow. Looks that way on the pictures, anyhow. My feet are on the narrow side, but not a lot.

So if I am quite true to size 11UK, should I order the dubmonks (on the Hiro last) in 11 and maybe the Rui in 10,5?

I have feet like you (on the narrow side, but not to narrow) and the Hiro is a perfect last for me.
