Went yesterday to Lambertson-Truex and Hickey.

L-T had just a small corner of men's stuff, shoes mostly. No small leathergoods this time. A range of sizes for the remaining stuff. Sample shoe size is 39, BTW. Remaining shoes were 125.

Hickey-Freeman had H-F mainline, also Bobby Jones, Hickey,and Burberry London. Decent selection but no final markdowns as Soiffer-Haskin does. On the Hickey side, a decent selection....suits were 300 and coats 200. Shirts and other wovens 45. The fit is good for me, similar to an H&M medium. Made in Macau, however. Mainline H-F shirts are made in Canada.

Both sales should return in 6 months.

The Hickey Freeman outlet in Woodbury Commons has Hickey Freeman cashmere sports jackets for $200 and winter suits for $300 (with a couple of handsewn available). Not the right season for this kind of stuff, but can't beat the price.
