For some fields, Ohio State is a better school than any private institution because, like a giant corporation, they have tons of money and resources, with an 11-story library to go along with it. I often drove 30 minutes out of my way to use that library because the library at my private, reputable, liberal arts college sucked (the whole school was hurting for revenue despite its high tuition costs and ability to attract full-paying east coast students). Your education is whatever you get out of it. If an employer doesn't believe that, maybe you should get out of whatever soul-sucking, morale draining, jaded, empty field you're in, and do something with your life that matters instead of forcing your bitterness on people who didn't ask for it.
