lightweight carbon shoe trees?

I'm planning to hop around the globe next year and want put everything in 2 suitcases. I want to avoiding oversize baggage fees so my suitcases will need to weigh 50 pounds or less. I noticed that the cedar shoe trees in my AE's added some noticeable weight on my last trip. Odor Eaters makes lightweight odor absorbing insoles like this:


Do you know if there are any shoe trees on the market which use a similar type of concept with a lightweight plastic frame?

Theshoesnob, the hangerproject and skolyx all offer lightweigth plastic travel shoe trees.

Or you can just stuff your shoes with socks and save some space.

I didn't see travel shoe trees on theshoesnob.com

the hanger project shoe trees are plastic but they don't seem to have any type of outer odor absorption material
