LGC (Leathergoods Connection) bridle belt color

I don't wanna start a new thread so... Do the "Leather Work Belts" from LGC age the same way that the belts listed under "Bridle Leather Belts" would? I know there is no "natural" colored work belt but say if I got the tan one, would it age the same? I'm kinda on a budget and the Leather work belts are like 30$ compared to the 60$ bridle ones.

After spending to much time reading about belts on styleforum i just ordered the same belt as the OP.
tbh i wouldn't mind it if the color came out as his photo's make it seem. Looks amazing!
