Been searching for a decent black leather jacket for the past 2 years, but results have been abysmal for the up to ~$700 range.
I love this Tim Hamilton jacket, and hoping you all might have some suggestions for a lower price point? (http://www.blackbirdballard.com/Tim_...ket_12720.html)
I fit a large or x-large in generic sizing, and I find most online retailers carry only S or M.

Help?

Try searching on Yoox & Ssense. A couple of the new styles from Schott may also work. The Tim Hamilton jacket had a very complicated design, doubt if you can find any thing close. The closest to for the ~$700 price range are the Diesel, Energie and Mackage jackets. Particularly the Mackage jackets which have more unique designs.

Thank you both! I had a look at the Mackage site, and the "Harry" is close to what I am looking for. I'll see if I can find a dealer local or someone on my travels. Kinda have to try a leather jacket on to get the feel for it...

And thanks for introducing me to Lost Worlds, romafan! Total treasure trove on their site. Their safari gear is excellent. Good find (for me - as I had never heard of them).
