Has anyone had any experience with Independence Brothers? They're offering (purportedly) full grain mtm semi-custom leather jackets for very reasonable prices, but there don't seem to be a whole lot of reviews and they haven't been explicitly mentioned here as best I can tell. Thanks!
I don’t think they pass the eye test, personally.

I’m kinda sad for him because I know a custom sized Freewheelers jacket is a massive upcharge and I don’t think it should be that short, or have sleeves this voluminous.

I assume you're talking about the Grose shearling bomber? I didn't realize that collar didn't stand on its own. That's a bummer.

Can confirm the collar of the Grose shearling bomber is definitely erect enough to stand on its own.

Like me when I’m wearing it…or something.

he rides so he probs has 20 of those.

Several perhaps, but it's unlikely that Freewheelers make 20 custom sized jackets in a given year though. They're a small operation and they share their leather production facility with Rainbow Country.
