Lange Time Zone 1 vs. Patek World Time

Am considering one or the other (Lange in plat; Patek in wht gold). Which one would you recommend, and what should I ultimately expect to pay after negotiations? Thanks!

A.Lange makes a very Classic German style watch which is beautiful to some people but not to me.

I would buy the Patek Philippe World Time since it is more classic in my opinions.

But I would buy this one by Kristiaan van der Klaauw:

What he said. Especially the 5110P, beautiful dial.

The Lange is way too busy

I, too, prefer the Patek. But I also like the 37mm size vs. the newer 40mm version. The 5110R is one of my "grail" watches. The Lange 1 World Time is nice, but I feel that the addition of the World Time function to the basic Lange 1 dial destroys the "feel" of the original design.

EDIT: Price on the Patek for the gold versions should be around 26-29k
