Jordan 1 fake?

Hi,
i just recently bought these Jordan 1 Defiant Ebay in slightly used condition for 155€.

When i wanted ro change the sole it wouldnt come out...Is that normal?

There has also been a reciept of Kickz in it and some additional laces.

Maybe you can help me to figure out if they are fake or real? Or you see something suspicious
