It's very mild for an Islay, more Speyside in character, due to the distillery's water coming up through hard rock, not getting impregnated with the usual Islay iodine. Very rich, lots of vanilla and caramel.


So it's similar to what Bruichladich is doing with their rock filtration?

Just a local shop here, mom and pop. I was cruising Total Wine's website though, and have seen it at some locations for them. Hope that helps.
