Why do you want them skintight at the crotch haha, and the drop crotch isn't that big as long as you aren't like super short. And drop crotches on sweatpants look fine anyways, they just look weird on jeans.

Not sure if you are trolling or asking a serious question. Nevertheless the baseline in the smallest size your waist can handle is your best bet. That or get the tights they make and just wear those
