Very different than a cordovan shoe though so be careful. These are waxed so they are matte, and oily, not shiny.
UNIFORM LA Japanese BDU Camo Cargo Pants Drop, going on right now.
Uniform LA's Japanese BDU Camo Cargo Pants are now live. These cargos are based off vintage US Army BDU (Battle Dress Uniform) cargos. They're made of a premium 13.5-ounce Japanese twill that has been sulfur dyed for a vintage look. Every detail has been carried over from the inspiration and elevated. Available in two colorways, tundra and woodland. Please find them here
Good luck!.

Yeah, waxy is not really my preference but I really like the color of these. The cordovan seems fine with a suit but with jeans or khakis cordovan looks like you are wearing too executive a shoe or something.
I own a pair of the jcrew ones and they're not waxy or oily. Their copy writers do not really know any of the shoes they sell.
Ordered these in January, but just got another notice on delayed shipping. Went from 2/8 to 2/19 to 6/16!
So are the wingtip shells? http://www.jcrew.com/mens_category/s...8580/18580.jsp I tried searching other sites for a non-shell ones but didn't find any so it led me to believe they're shells?
No, those are not shell cordovan. They'd be like over $600. if so.
