Had a set of suits for a friends wedding made there late last year. As a tall and slim fellow, the fact they offer most things in a 38L has led me to start there for most things.

Custom suits were quite good, fit a wide range of body types fairly well. Their block is fairly neutral, slim without being skinny, slightly fuller than you may expect.

I've found their shirts good, but maybe a little delicate. Admittedly I am wearing them to teach practical subjects, so they have a hard life.

Keep in mind all their custom order work comes with no questions asked returns, which is a nice bonus.

You can order swatches from various companies. The easiest place to get swatches from is Huddersfield Fine Worsteds. They mail it to you for free (takes a couple of weeks).

I have a deceptively simple need that is proving ridiculously difficult to meet. Does anyone know where I might be able to get my hands on some pure cotton (not cotton-linen) white handkerchiefs with hand rolled edges?

I prefer pure cotton as it tends to have a bit of movement, whereas cotton-linen once folded holds its shape but looks a bit fussy.

I bought some from Seward at David Jones back in the day for probably about $12 each, but DJs haven't stocked them for years and apparently Seward have now gone out of business...

These are my first from AM, but definitely not my last. They turned exactly as I had envisioned, so I couldn't be happier.

I've been wearing them around the house to break them in a bit, they'll get their first proper outing in the coming days.
