Don't have any comments on the shoes but the tailor "Batak" is considered one of the better/best bespoke tailors in Japan. They are known making a very English cut and pride themselves on replicating the "continental Bond" look. which I don't really get, but it is supposed to be reminiscient of the Sean Connery 007 days. Of course the irony is that Bond suits are made by the "Roman-style" Brioni..
