Here's a picture I came across recently: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedi...atPower-11.jpg

Now, although it's exactly the type of jacket/shirt I've been looking for, I'm still no closer to finding a shop selling such a top. Neither do I know precisely what I should be looking for; a lightweight khaki jacket, a long-sleeved safari shirt, or something else? Any help guys? Thanks

I've seen these referred to as a "shirt jac", sometimes "shirt jacket" or "overshirt". Outdoor/hunting stores such as Cabela's have plenty of them in canvas, wool etc. I've got a canvas one myself.

Filson makes a similar shirt... http://www.filson.com/product/index....069839.2075074

I see versions of that often at youth stores like Lucky, Rail, etc.
