Did you look at CT's better twin TM Lewin? They have a peak lapel tuxedo as well (the description indicates side vents though...)

These are very difficult to find - well, on a budget. Ede and Ravenscroft make a nice one (there has been one on display in their Cambridge shop window for some time) but I can't afford it, so am trying to find one second-hand.

Thanks for the update. Sorry it didn't work out for you. I had already decided to try another route. JAB has a Signature tuxedo in sb/peak lapel. It's a little hard to pick out on their site, but it's there. It 'retails' for $700 and is currently on sale for $600. I'm sure that it is probably available once or twice a year at $300-$400. I plan to stop into my store sometime, check it out and ask the manager when that deal will be coming up.
