I was checking out a project way out in nowheresville where taxis are 90 cents (USD Equiv to get on). The driver stopped the meter before I reached my destination and saved me 12 cents.

I recently went to a Hanes outlet store and found irregular underwear on sale in the back racks. The clearance price was $2.00 but it turned out everything in the store was 50% off so it only ended up costing $1.00.

I have a cappuccino cup that I take downstairs from my office to the local coffee shop for a quick pick me up. Normally they charge me for a small cappuccino, thus saving 0.70c, but yesterday they rang it through as a small coffee saving a grand $1.70. Clearly I briskly walked out of the shop after a waiting a few very long moments for my milk to be frothed correctly.
