Great post.

It's actually taken from the Global Underground - Electric Calm compilation. From volume 2. I've got volumes 1-5 and really enjoy them. The mixing is primarily done by prog house outift Trafik (a.k.a. The Forth) but I think Dubfunk mixed vol. 4. Definitely worth checking out.

In regards to that track, Trafik will often "enhance" tracks in these mixes, effectively making them one-off's that can only be found in their mixes.

For your health.

Oldie but a goodie; one of the tracks that epitomized the Balearic movement of the late 80's early 90's in Ibiza. Vocal sample is taken from Tori Amos' track "Me and a Gun" for those who are curious. Some may recognize the trance version of this that was featured on Paul Oakenfold's famous 1994 Goa Mix. If you haven't heard this famous mix, then go google it and listen to it; it's probably the only good thing Oakenpants ever did. The only way to find that mix back in the day was through bootlegged cassette tapes so be thankful for the bounty that is the internet.

Enjoy the beauty of this track.
