Your physique isn't the problem. The jacket you posted before was shapeless and unflattering, with odd angles. etc.
If you were to do it over again, slightly wider lapels, a better taper to the waist and chest, with the proper buttoning point, and you jacket would flatter your physique.

I don't see what was so terribly wrong with your first jacket. If you extended the shoulders a bit, it would help a lot. The chest looks fine the way it is. Don't catch SF-syndrome and assume that tighter and narrower always looks better. Also, you can extend the shoulders without making them overtly padded looking.

I don´t find anything strange on your shape.
Mine is more or less same, 1, 92 meters tall and just 72 kilos. I look great ( words of some posters , not mine ) on my slim suits.
Try some Zileri or slim suit .
Again that picture of DSM fox , looks 4 lines of charlie . I still don´t know what he means .
