I got the idea from adamsnez's "how many of us are under 150" thread, so i decided to go into the other extreme.

I'm 6-4, 227

what's funny is that the poster of the "who's under 150 lbs" thread got his idea from the original "who's over 200 lb thread".

first off, I love the tags on this thread ... 200, big, fat, manboobs, pounds.

Can't a 200+ lb'er not be fat? I was 200lbs once in high school and in the high 190's three years ago. Both times were during heavy lifting phases of my life. I am now in the low 170s, but could hit the 150 mark if I laid off the beer and quit eating so many damned 2nds at dinner.

I'm not skinny, for sure, but I wouldn't go as far as calling a mothafucka fat.

6'1" with bad posture, 215 at the doctor on Saturday. I was 180 a few years back - got fat when I quit smoking, drinking and coke all at once, started going to four films a week instead...

Slowly cutting it down again, but in a healthy way. Aiming for 180, but it might take six months or a year.
