A slow 3 miles (24 minutes). Still sore from Saturday's 12 miles (1:35). Need to buy better running shoes.

have done 5 runs or so, of around 2 km each, around 1.25 miles. ~20 minutes in the beginning now running at around 10 minutes, with a bit left to spare.

I CHALLENGE YOU!

I'm aiming for 2x that, I guess 3 miles in 20 minutes. First one there wins!

a modestly freezing 4 miles in 33:33. I skipped the dip in the pool afterwards.

You got it! I used to run some damn good 5k times. I'm sure you'll beat me to the sub 20:00, but you're on.

I did a 15 minute 3 km or ~1.8 miles yesterday. Alternated sprinting and jogging. That was tiring.

3 in 30mins on treadmill, with incline set on 1. I just started running regularly this semester, I'm hoping to hit 20 miles a week time permitting

3 mi. just now. I hate running. Hate it. Doesn't come naturally to me, but realize I needed to mix up the indoor gym routine.

Ran the Southern California half-marathon this morning. My goal was to run it under 2 hours and I came in at 1:58

Going to have to train harder to run my first marathon in May under 4 hours.

Here I am with my wife and sister-in-law after the race.
