How do you guys take pictures of yourselves?

Just a quick wonder:
How do you guys take pictures of yourselves for WAYWT? With a timer or have someone take it for you? It might sound like a stupid question but I've been wondering and I couldn't help but to ask.

I think a lot use a timer (I do), however, I think some members have help from their spouse / significant other.

Set up the timer on the camera. I usually play with the location so I can get a good picture. The first picture never works, so you can adjust it.

Usually find a tripod, or a counter, set timer, step within reasonable distance and wait for the flash.

How? Usually with exhibitionistic tendencies.
