How do I polish these shoes without discoloring the stitching?

Shoe cream's probably your best bet.

But really, they're going to discolour eventually anyway and I wouldn't sweat it. Let it happen naturally and they'll still look fine.

neutral/colorless shoe cream. but like holdfast said, they will eventually discolor anyway.

Yeah, I meant neutral shoecream in my post, like stick suggests. Forget to write neutral, since that's the only cream I use (for colours, I use waxes).

By the way, which Tramezza is that?

Forgive my ignorance, but where on the shoe would I find the name/model? I picked the shoe up off ebay for a song (thanks to tonylumpkin for pointing them out!).
