Guys, thank you all for your comments today. I really was digging the suit as well. For those who asked, its an Oxxford (Mason cut) in 95% super 120's, 5% cashmere. A ridiculously nice cloth. I though the chocolate grenadine tie balanced out the lightness of the suit fairly well, but yes, I will have tons of fun playing around with this one.

Others have made similar suggestions to you and you have responded defensively, which suggests you are uninterested in improving the fit of your clothes. In that case, why bother interacting with the people here?

(Also, ill-fitting clothes that are too too tight does not equal "Italian" style.)

Hey, GW, how'd you manage NOT to get your X100 stolen off the trash can across the street in this shot?

Better yet... How you manage not to get run over as you dashed through traffic to cross the street?

Achillus is unyielding & I do not think he is willing to listen to any advice given to him about his 'Oger-sales-assistants-influenced' fits.

I would really appreciate any constructive criticism you guys might have.

Not a bad combo, casual and relaxed. You may ge a bit of stick for your trousers and jacket being close in colour but even though I don't personally like brown much the colour combo is fine.

Don't pose with your hands in your pockets if you want critique of how well your jacket fits as te almost impossible to tell.

Look at all those diagonal wrinkles on your trousers. Now imagine them freshly pressed and adjusted for length so that all you see is a sharp crease from thigh to ankle with maybe a slight break at your lower shin and you will see how much better that would look.

Are you really wearing black shoes with a brown/tan combo? I hope not. Anyway your slim cut trousers look incongruent with your huge blobby shoes.

Welcome to SF!

I'd like to see him try to pick up the orange with something warmer and brighter. In any case, we're losing the plaid all together with that image compression. Might look different otherwise.

Out of fit? What are you talking a bout, it seems to be that you really dont have any clue for what you are trying to say. And this has nothing to do with not taking any suggestions (since this is only my third picture on here). But it's always toilless to follow someone and not having substantial arguments... Especially taking that picture out, which doesnt show anything. It's always easy to hide anynomous on a profile where nobody know who the 'poster' is. Stop overacting. In my sparetime after college, i work parttime for Oger/ Suit Supply. If you dont like it that´s fine. Nobody is telling you to like every style and cut (American, British, Italian) on here. The only person who is out of fit are you, and i bet on it. Post a picture of yourself or be quiet.

Not a good shot to assess fit (sat at the desk) but I was trying to pair up this vintage Southwick jacket I picked up yesterday:

^^Looks a bit washed out on my monitor. Maybe a bolder shirt a couple of shades darker would work better?

Not only is this a casual fit, it actually looks casual, i.e. projects a laid-back, easy-feeling aura. Would like to see it from a distance, though.
