This reminds me of the chap who manages the local Ferragamo store. One day, he wore a coat just like this with black trousers, black shirt, and orange shoes--Ferragamo, I assume. Just giving you some ideas. [IMG]https://www.styleforum.net/images/smilies/smile.gif It was an attention getter.

And, if I may ask, what do you suggest for those who prefer the bold knots?

your ensembles but just not convinced on this one. I know it's merely one candid pic on the intrat00b but that coat seems decidely bell-shaped. Given your usually impeccable fits, I doubt that's the case in reality.

If it were 10 degrees cooler, I might have considered it. I thought the orange pants and purple shoelaces were enough to turn some heads as it was.

Vaux- from a fan - Im really not digging this jacket at all. Fit seems totally off and about 3" too long. Great shoes though.

My son's first birthday party...I can't believe its been a year. Go back to work on Tuesday and I'm incredibly sad (a LOT more than I thought I'd be) to have to leave my two kids at day-care after spending two whole months with them, watching them grow. Really going to soak up this last day with them. Last year was hard with one, but now with two its even worse. I guess I should be thankful that I have a job that at least allows that, I know a lot of you dads on here are on call/working a lot more than I am.

So I'm new to this site but have been lurking for some time now. Thought it's about time I join and share so I can get criticized (hopefully not)

Here's what I wore this evening...

Shirt by Kirkland Signature (gotta love Costco)
Vest by Club Room

Yes you are right! The jacket was made when I had a few more pounds and now is too loose. Anyway the overall shape is not the best.
