Anyone? Found in an Etro suit.

Skimmed the first few pages and didn't see it, will go back and do a more intensive search.

That must be very old Etro. If I had to guess, I'd say old Lardini (I think they used to make Etro; now to Boglioli).

^they look like C&J to me. Is the size stamped on the footbed of the shoe, over a smaller number which would indicate the width?
