Reda is the short for Redaelli, I read somewhere that Redaelli S.p.A. was working with Caraceni on a compilation involving Savile Row styling with Zegna and LP fabrics. So it is safe to say they are concerned with quality, it's just that the name recognition is not really there.

That actually sounds very appealing. I'm a fan of both Row styling and Zegna and LP fabrics haha. Thanks very much for the info, it's been really helpful.

That's Alden, Brian. The lack of combo last letters means they were probably for BB or another retailer. Nice shoes.

Stupid Buyer? That's all I can come up with. I have stolen shoes from that seller before. That's crazy! $300-$400 is what I would expect from those shoes.

I found these suede oxfords today. The heels have been replaced, but they are made in the USA for Faconnable. I'm thinking maybe Alden? I know they made some shoes for Faconnable. But I really have no idea.

Anyone know the maker of these? Found on a pair of trousers with a lot of handwork.

I did look through the first through pages but couldn't find a match.

    Many thanks in advance.

Can someone help with the maker of this Saks Fifth Ave branded suit. Jacket tag was cut out so just the pants tag to go on. Thanks.

x-post from "ASK A QUESTION, GET AN ANSWER..." which directed me here...:

Seeking help interpreting the "composition" section of the tag of a battistoni sport coat I just picked up - google has been surprisingly unhelpful with abbreviations. To me it reads "35%COT.35%LANA 25%ANG 5%CASH60". Are those (in order): cotton, wool, angora, cashmere? What is the significance of "60" at the end?

    Thanks!

Perhaps it is "CASHGO" as in cashmere goat. Your interpretation otherwise is correct.
