Hertling USA - Order unfulfilled, unresponsive communication, and no order updates.

I placed an order on New Years and have been unable to get a response from them on my order. I have sent 5 seperate emails about 2 weeks apart each and have submitted a contact webform through their website 3 different times. Unfortunately I am outside the 120-day chargeback window for Mastercard. Does anybody have any advise on how to get resolution for my order from Hertling? Is anybody have similar experiences with them?

Mastercard won't let you dispute the charge? Thank god I use Visa. I am sorry to hear that but NYE is 6 months ago, they can't even claim is was Covid related. May I ask how much money we are talking about?

I already went through Mastercard and they said it is pass the window in which they allow for chargebacks... unfortunately I did not think about a chargeback sooner. The order was $210.

I placed an order early December and received it mid February after many emails and even contacting them on Instagram. They said they got busy during the holidays due to the sale going on. I know now they're making tons of mask so I am not sure how regular orders are going.

Been 8 months and still no order... Wish there was some form of punitive action that could be made. Does anybody have any ideas beyond small claims court?

I had a similar experience last year. Eventually got my order after about 6 months and many emails.

Same here...I've been sending emails since May about my January order and no response. It's appalling.

Edit - I followed up again today and received a response with an apology and confirmation that my January order is shipping this week.

Has anyone received their Jan 1 orders? Same boat over here; no response to emails or social media messages.
