I placed an order on New Years and have been unable to get a response from them on my order. I have sent 5 seperate emails about 2 weeks apart each and have submitted a contact webform through their website 3 different times. Unfortunately I am outside the 120-day chargeback window for Mastercard. Does anybody have any advise on how to get resolution for my order from Hertling? Is anybody have similar experiences with them?
