Hello comrades,

I need your help/advice on this. I have thin wavy hair, and I'm trying to grow it out. It's been about 8 months and I'm in the awkward phase, but what bothers me the most is the curls coming out of the back into the front. I work a corporate office job, and I'd love to look as professional as I can without sacrificing my hair. I don't feel like trimming ANYTHING would be an option, since then it would just take me even longer to get that hair into a ponytail and have a cleaner look (are ponytails socially acceptable in offices?) Right now, it really doesn't look good tho, so I need to somehow fix it... if it's possible.

Anyway, I took some pics to show you the situation, and hopefully somebody who has experience in this can advise (sorry for cutting out the face, I'm Internet-shy).

Not washed & dry & little greasy

Washed & dry (frizzy) - http://oi60.tinypic.com/258108l.jpg

Ponytail (can't do it yet) - http://oi59.tinypic.com/16acdgm.jpg

That's how I wear it to work now, trying to hide behind the ears but the bottom is sticking out (very far from perfect)

Any advise on what to do with the back (or any other tips) is HIGHLY appreciated!! Thank you :)
