I want to dress like a warrior for Halloween, either as a roman soldier or as a cavalier (in a musketeer kind of way). Where would I find such costumes?

thanks,

To dress the part, you must feel the part. I'm afraid this will require no less than you raiding several villages for fabric, then forcing a tailor to construct a garment to your liking. That is, of course, after having your local blacksmith craft a fine blade from scraps of impure iron...

while we're on the topic of warrior halloween costumes, I'm still looking for a costume of ancient korean battle armor that you see the warriors wear on those tacky period korean dramas.

My friend and I are dressing up as Amy Winehouse and Blake Fielder-Civil, a pretty unbeatable combination when pulled off properly (which I know we will)

What would be good SF themed Hallowe'en costumes:

FNB -- trouser-cuffed suit coat with day-glo tie
Manton -- conservative business dress with Marinella tie in Ambien pattern
Portnoy -- just go as a bunch of shoeboxes glued together
voxsartoria -- spandex and muscles
Phat Guido -- hardest of all, someone who looks good in what he wears and has a great on top of teh world smile
the late RJman -- Fred Astaire intarsia cashmere sweater and weird-ass shoes
Mr. Mafoo -- unbutton your buttondown collar, spread the two ends of your tie, and never smile
LabelKing -- can anyone go as a young Asian 1970s YSL? GoSurface?
