I asked Solely Shoes about the Claude a while back - I liked the idea of getting a pair of wholecut chelsea boots - but they said the model's been discontinued and that they just hadn't updated their website yet. The soles of the standard Grenson Footmaster model are stitched aloft; I think you must've picked up an "enhanced" pair which was made as a special order.

I seem to remember a forum member offering a pair of dark brown Grenson chelsea boots (with channelled soles so presumably made to Masterpiece standards) for sale here recently and posted some nice pics.

That's a disappointment. I really like both the Claude and the Carson, the suede chukka boot just above the Claude on the solelyshoes website.

Yes the same as the leather soles were, and yes I will ship to France, it will cost you one RT on Delta, and I will hand deliver them to you at The Hotel Du Louvre.

Shoes are being edited as we speak, I am going to start putting them up now, it will be randonm as to sizes, but the original links for the leather soles will take you to them according to size
