This site seems to have them for about $280; they have channelled leather soles, so I'm sure they would have been up on Bennie's Monday sale if they were in stock. I got mine for about $150 last year and have ever since then been fruitlessly trying to get another one in brown for not too much more. I've been experiencing some of the same peeling on the sole that other Grenson buyers have; don't know if the way I wear my shoes (fairly hard) may have contributed. I asked Solely Shoes about the Claude a while back - I liked the idea of getting a pair of wholecut chelsea boots - but they said the model's been discontinued and that they just hadn't updated their website yet. The soles of the standard Grenson Footmaster model are stitched aloft; I think you must've picked up an "enhanced" pair which was made as a special order.
I seem to remember a forum member offering a pair of dark brown Grenson chelsea boots (with channelled soles so presumably made to Masterpiece standards) for sale here recently and posted some nice pics.
