Good morning all,
Firstly I would like to thank everyone for their continued support throughout the years and helping us to reach our 50th Anniversary in style with the launch of our special anniversary collection.
To make life even easier, as of the 10th March the limit above which you have to pay customs duty for personal purchases has risen from 200 USD to 800 USD. This means that all of our shoes, when ordered as a single pair, would no longer attract any customs duty at today's prices.
This is a huge help if you are considering buying, but not sure what the duty might cost or have had to pay duty in the past. With many shoes also being free shipping, this is a great opportunity to try some of our fantastic new Spring Styles.
Please note that if you order over 800 USD (approx 550 GBP) at one time you may still incur duties.
This is a link to the our shipping partner DHL that explains the De Minimis change in more detail http://www.dhl-usa.com/en/important_information/030816.html.
I hope this helps and please feel free to ask me any questions you may have.
Very Best
Adrian Herring
