Google Checkout chargeback

Anyone ever had one? I sold a watch for $1650 on 5/7/09 - the guy received it 5/12/09 (he asked to wait to ship it till the end of the week since he was on vacation)... He's been a GC member for 951 days - so he's not some noob... He signed for it and emailed me saying he loved it...blah blah blah... Everything was h****y dorey. Last night I get an email from GC that he opened a chargeback with his credit card company saying it was an unauthorized transaction! I called him but he hung up on me and now won't answer my calls - anyone live in Yonkers and wanna pay him a visit (wink wink)? GC doesn't have any phone number and they haven't responded to my emails yet - I emailed them his emails to me, and proof of shipping/delivery/etc... Any suggestions - after 8 years of online selling (on the cursed bay), my first problem!

I've always wondered why this wasn't abused more often, considering how fast CC companies rule in favor of their cardholders. I would think there'd be more people that would just make a large purchase on ebay and chargeback.

I have an unrelated GC question (sorry, didn't think it warranted a new thread):

Does anyone know of a free web-hosting/blog service, such as blogspot, Google Sites, etc., that is compatable with Google Checkout? I basically want to add a 'checkout' button. Amazingly (not really), it does not work with Google Sites.
