I have some cotton squares with textured satin weave, ~13.5" square. The edges are machine stitched, but note the 'in action' shots for a suggestion of how to wear them to good effect. $11/ea delivered CONUS, Paypal please. I'll sell a set of each for $30 delivered.

In action:
To any buyer of the above I'll throw in one of these white linen pocket squares for $10/ea. They are a smaller size, about ~11" square, which I find good for grab and stuff rather than the more formal folds needed for bigger squares in order to deal with the bulk. I have about a half dozen of them.
