Don's coat is a combination of being an unusual but highly effective colour and a superb fit. It's really a great coat (pun intended).

Whoever cast a vote for me, thanks! Although I do concede that my understanding of the word "outerwear" was FAIL and I don't expect to garner any more votes.

This week's comp attracted one of the strongest fields I've ever seen. Absolutely love DonC's overcoat (it's a total winner, Don - is it new?) and many other entries, but in the end I only cast one vote, for Shen. Such simplicity and sartorial elegance is rarely to be encountered, even on this board, let alone in real life.

Coat is thrifted for something around 100 € from Ermenegildo Zegna. Cloth is 90% Wool 10% Cashmere.

Highlight of this challenge was seeing someone (FlyingMonkey) post a picture wearing a Brooks Brothers Black Fleece product. This is the first time that I have ever seen a picture posted online of anyone actually wearing a Brooks Brothers Black Fleece product. FlyingMonkey might be the only person on Earth who has ever bought and worn a Brooks Brothers Black Fleece product.

:)

Not at full price, you understand: that really would be ridiculous. However, I have four BBBF shirts. Their cut seems to work for my physique, and I like the fabrics.

I came across a secondhand BBBF suit recently. I wish mainline BB were more like it in terms of fabric choice and construction. The proportions just don't work for me, though.

You're lucky to have found a size that fits you amongst the BB1,BB2, BB3, and BB4 Black Fleece sizes

Do you have one of the Brooks Brothers Black Fleece white Marcella (or pique, depending on one's preference) button down shirt?

Unfortunately not... looks very nice, though. And I am BB0, by the way, but not super-skinny, which is one of the reasons why finding shirts that fit is tricky.
