i read through his book once. it was absolutely dreadful, a rehashing of already widely known advice sprinkled with his own bad advice and poor pictures taken by his mom or someone. stick to holding umbrellas douche.

Style is something that is suppose to be seamless. It's suppose to be a part of you that appeals to others, yet something that nobody can put their finger on- it just blends in to your persona and makes you stand out without being distracting.

I think he is very dandy. Of course, very eccentric but not anymore so than say Label King, who probably tries harder than anyone else. At least Bentley is in the music/entertainment industry and has an excuse to be over the top.

He dresses better than 99% of the guys out there. Yes, he clowns around, but usually his outfits are nice. Take some Bentley style and mix it with some Bryan Gumbel for nice on/off stage look.

Bentley is a very knowledgeable and stylish dresser.
The immediate reaction from the forum is to dismiss his kind, but the man knows all the rules and chooses to break them at will, like a stylish man should. In case SF did not know, he worked at the RL mansion and was Flusser's apprentice. Even if you don't like Flusser, you have to admit that the man is wealth of knowledge and there is no reason to assume it was not passed to Bentley.
