Hello Styleforum hivemind!

I've just got a new shirt from Luxire and would love your thoughts on the fit. I'm relatively new to custom shirting, and I'm finding all the potential adjustments one can make to be a bit overwhelming. But my New Year resolution is to dress better, so here we are...

I think the bottom/seat might be too tight, causing some of the bunching and pull lines on the torso, so planning on increasing that a bit for the next one.

The fabric is Zegna White Grey Gingham soft twill that I really like. Plus it was on sale.

Thanks for your thoughts and suggestions!

My first impression is that it’s just too tight and too long for just how tight it is.

the shirt isn’t able to drape so it’s pulling in all different directions. The arm holes appear to be somewhat low as well adding even more to the pulling when movement is introduced.

The right shoulder slope wasn't accounted for.

Looks a little tight.

One easy test for a shirt is to sit down when the shirt is buttoned up and tucked in. If a shirt is too tight, you'll often see the placket strain when you sit down. Make sure the shirt is built for everyday movement, not just when you're standing at attention.

looks ok for shoulder and ‘pit to pit’ size. Just add some more room across the waist and hip measures.
