Has anyone tried out Everlane denim, specifically their 'slim' fit? looks nice and slim on their site but I've been fooled by that by other brands in the past...looking for a dark pair of slim denim, raw but not stiff, i.e., single rinse or raw with stretch...

Not a denim expert or anything but I love their fit. Slim without being skinny and feels very comfortable. I have them in the dark blue and the black and they're the only jeans I have.

I’m a big fan of their Straight Fit denim. The rise, thigh width, and leg opening are close to perfect in my opinion, plus the 2% stretch is nice. I hardly reach for my raw denim anymore these days.

They are fine, which is to say that they are totally acceptable, and also completely unremarkable, which is pretty much Everlane's goal.
