There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

They were bespoke boots by Japanese maker, I cannot remember his name, you might want to check the Japanese Bespoke shoes thread for more information.

I'd probably be in on the jodhpurs, depending on details and price.

Jodhpur with single strap would be more appealing to me, but I'd be curious to see last shape etc.

I understand your sentiment but jodhpurs with single straps are widely available. As far the last is concerned I am shooting for 946 Bonafe last as most of the forum members are familiar with that last.

Nothing yet I'm afraid, but we'll keep you guys posted.

The baby lama calf is baby calf were most of the natural texture has been preserved, unlike box calf or scotch grain.

Seen here on the far left:

any hints on the sizing of this 363 list.
I am keen to be on the waiting list.

aesthetics wise how is it comparable to other manufactures ?

The old 363 last was a challenge to fit. The new version we use, the 363MOD, fits closer to Carmina Rain.

So if a UK 8.5 in a Carmina Rain Chukka is a good (but close) fit, same size in the Bonafe?

We'll double check and confirm when they arrive next week. I ordered 3 pairs of UK 8.5 so you boys should be fine. :)

If you found your 43F Vass too big, then I would say we are close, but you take a bit smaller fit.

I am right on the edge when it comes to fit in an 8.5 Rain - I have a wholecut and chukka that fit me well in that size, and a U-cap oxford that is too tight over the instep (I will get around to posting it and a pair of G&G boots one of these days). I have a tall boot in a UK 9 Rain that is a roomier fit - but that is what I prefer in a tall boot. I view chukkas more as shoes - too tight is no good, of course, but I don't want a lot of room either.

I'll go with whatever Skoak recommends and hope for the best. [IMG]
