It is important that we eat healthily. To do this we have to have what is called "a diet." This is the food we eat and the drinks we drink. To have a healthy diet, we have to make sure we eat the right kinds of foods. It often seems like the only meal options are fast food or plane food, and it's hard to stick to an exercise routine when your gym or favourite workout tapes are an ocean away.

Im back from the vacation. It was five days of hostel/hotel hopping around St Louis and Chicago. Walked about 5 miles every day and got in about 2 meals a day. Lots of greasy garbage, (was running on very little $$) mostly heavy breakfasts and midwestern pub grub. Probably 4 drinks a day on top of that. I did plenty of gym time before I went on the trip, too. Came back home pretty goddamn pudgy.
