Hi everyone! The winter season is approaching in the east coast pretty soon and I'm in need for a nice dress boots for snow. I know that salt will damage the leather and cordovan might be my best bet, but I was thinking of purchasing a pair of Cheaney Scott boots: http://www.cheaney.co.uk/country-le...r-lined-country-boots-in-almond-maracca-suede.
Will these survive in the snow and good for extreme weather conditions? It's all about comfort for me but of course style matters. I would appreciate everyone's insights! Cheers!
