All polished and ready to go (J&M shoe cream for now, better later), free of all the minor scuffs and blemishes that probably kept the layperson away from them as they sat and waited for me. Plan to wear them out tomorrow.

Funny thing is as excited as I am about my new shoes, I dare not tell anyone but my internet friends lest I face endless ridicule for spending $400 on shoes.
