Does the Park Avenue apartment, as depicted in popular media, still exist? Lots of brass fixtures, white molding, and floral wall paper?

In a word, yes. A couple at 740 Park have gone on the market recently and they both have traditional decorations. However, they're both in the ~$40m range. If you are, in fact, Hammerin' Hank Paulson as your icon suggests, you should have no trouble picking up one or two and answering that question yourself.
